Hello! If you wanna make a character, i'de suggest looking at the wiki page for it (please note that it is currently outdated and does not accurately reflect 2.2, so if there are any problems with how things are stated on the page, that's why) :https://wiki.srb2.org/wiki/Custom_character_tutorial . And to make things much more simple, use SLADE to import the sprites. If you want to edit it, go into the S_SKIN file.
