Granted, there isn't any specific documentation for SP levels from versions earlier than 1.09.4, but even then there's usually a mention of it on the page for the version itself (ex: the SRB2 Christmas page lists beta GFZ, so it's not entirely without mention).

To be fair, the only reason we have pages on the 1.09.4 and 2.0 versions of SRB2 levels is because those were actually the pages for them when those versions were the current versions of SRB2. =V
That said, plans to add proper history sections to the SRB2 level pages listing all the earlier versions of each map and such have been made before, but we haven't actually carried them out as such yet obviously.
