Question about rule

Hey it's me...again....today i was reading the rules because i forgoten them since i wasnt visiting for long time and i noticed that sprite rips or recolors arent allowed.but is edit allowed? i mean to post an edited char?

I'd think it depends on how heavy the edit is. Adding a couple spikes to Sonic isn't allowed, but stealing his shoes probably is.

Oh what about only copying muzle and making other things 100% custom is it allowed?

Edits aren't explicitly disallowed, but fan characters are highly discouraged. This doesn't mean you can't make and release them, but if you don't have very high production values and haven't changed almost the entire sprite, nobody is going to care.

Obviously, editing the characters into other official characters is looked much better on.
