So, we all know how rather easy it is to make custom colors, right? only requiring some test runs to make sure you have aquired the desired effect or shades to your custom color, now the question here is, being so easy, and that it consumes too little time, from when you start, to when you finish after doing some test runs to tweak the colors, being around 5-10 minutes..
After such rather easy task, am i allowed to post that color pack as a submission? Because i recently made one myself, being saturated colors to try and give the effect of "neon" considering how limited Srb2 pallete is, and im not sure if im allowed to post it, even if i made it myself entirely, thought using guiding myself using that post that teaches you how to create custom colors, and some copypasting of lines of codes i myself edited, to create the next colors more easier, already having the template.
