Question about looppoints in music files

Does anyone know if loop points in music files can be set to loop to a decimal point in the file?

(example: when song finishes, it goes back to 7.34 seconds into the song or something like that)

I'm aware music files aren't allowed on the forum, but this is just for personal use...

Just... multiply that number by 44100 like it says in the tutorial. That's 323694, so put LOOPPOINT=323694 in the comment field.
