Ok, I bought PSu because when I rented it it was fun. So I was on Chapter 12 and all... anyway, I wanted to get my CAST to level 20 to use the Car vehicles they had. Here's my question:
I didn't get a notification or anything at all when I was level 20. Can you tell me what The car vehicles do, or does this like new used game worth it for lying to me?
