For some reason, most of my Emerald Hunt test maps end after collecting a single Chaos Emerald. There are well over 3 spawn points, no exit sectors, no flags checked on the spawn points, etc. The levels are played right after one another, with their NextLevels connecting them like normal. Only the first map does not exhibit this problem, and only ends after all three Emeralds are found. In some cases, there are more than 64 spawn locations. Any idea what's wrong?
