I do not know how to fix this problem sadly, but I really think you should consider switching to Blender. It has sculpting, rigging, modeling, and animating capabilities, and still getting updates to this day. However, I checked and Misfit Model 3D hasn't been updated in 10 years. Sorry that I couldn't provide any "real" help. Have a great day though!
