Problems Installing Zone Builder

Recently,I Tried installing zone builder to start making maps,but there is a ploblem.
the problem is that the installer is not being able to put any TXT file into the folder i wanna install zone builder in.
Hope i get a answer soon.

did you run the installer as administration ?
Well running a program as administration can fix a lot of problems in it

Just runned it as admin,ploblem is still not fixed

Also for some reason,pngs Action,Actor,ActorMover,ambiance,anchor,arrow,axis1 and the rest of the (possibly) textures that are remaining to install are just not installing.

Where are you trying to install Zone Builder?

1.My OS Says the error is MoveFile Failed; code 5
2.Windows 7
3.I Made a folder to install the program inside it.

What exactly are you doing for that error to happen?
And by "where are you trying to install", I meant the path. You know, the drive:/folder/subfolder thing.
