Problem With Starting Game

Whenever i try to start up the game, it starts up as usual:

Then this comes up:

How do i start playing? By the way, i use Windows Vista, if that has anything to do with my problem.

Restart your computer. That's how I fix that problem whenever it comes up.

This occasionally happens to me a few times. SRB2 kinda hangs when it tries to go fullscreen, then it reverts and gives me that message. Any subsequent attempts to launch the game during the same session work fine, though.

I actually already fixed it, I right-clicked on my Desktop and changed the graphics option.
