Probably the last "Help with compiling" topic I will ever make

I'm really close to compiling my EXE now. I've got MinGW, TDM-GCC, and an IDE called CodeBlocks. All I need help with is getting CodeBlocks to import the entire modified source as a project, not just one file of the source. How do I do that? An answer to that question would be extremely appreciated.
