Please tell me how I did, and tell me something that can be helpful, so I can learn from my mistakes.

I did not rip off anyones textures, that digital texture was made from ms paint by me.

This is cool. *Downloads* Pitfalls that are cracks in the ground and just by looking at it, u know, its big. (Yes, I know im Captain Obvious) Ya know, if you edited this in some way, you would get a good CTF Stage. I'm not saying for you to make it for me or not, but more of a friendly suggestion. Anyway, nice job on the map. :) :D

I just found out something noone told me, the files corrupt it replaces map 01 instead of map90. i'll fix that in a minute.

Okay I went ahead and fixed it.

new download link:

http://www.mediafire.com/?emxxxxc0uc1

things changed:

-I resized it like jman said to.
-its not as giltchy as it was.
-its not corrupt anymore.

bad things that happened:
-when I resized it the object placement got thrown off badly, so rings and items are placed in weird places.
-The special rings were tooken out.

If you still want the old wad, you can get it in the first post.

or in this direct download link:

Reminds me a bit of a mod I once saw.
Could I have some sort of credit for the Vector look idea? I finally do something around here and people copy it all over the place.

Whats this vector thing you speak of? I never heard of it(I'm being serious).

I was under the impression that this forum was only for finished products.

The would be much better if you use the resize button and make it smaller. Then you should make some hills in some areas.

Very large, wide match maps that have almost zero objects in it are never good, as the only thing you can really do is rail some opponents(since its impossible to use any other weapon ring here due to the wide open space for everyone to move around and get away easily), but what fun is that if its the only thing you can do, and when you are in an large, but empty map with nothing but a few rings, one or two weapons, and large, dull square "boxes"?

I suggest just reading through Level Design 101, since pretty much all I have to say is explained there.
