I think this series did went to Malaysia's broadcast channel, but I don't remember watching from it. (The Malay dub turned out DIFFERENT)
Dexter's Lab is cool and all, but yeah, Genndy Tartovsky left, and the revival failed miserably. The style of animation in the revival, I couldn't remember, but it's kind of weird. I thought the series would continue before I knew more about it.
I like how he can be drawn easily and quickly (maybe I took the savino revival ver).

Tried to draw Cut Man with Malay clothing

This Ice Man's pose ended up looking weird to me (I was trying to remember how the pose looks like) And it's quite hard to fit him Malay clothing perfectly. Heck, he even wears that hood thing

But this Ice Man design is based of Mega Man Powered up. (I actually adjusted it just a little bit after I shot this pic)

And I was curious if their legs they are actually wear boots or it's just their legs.
