Porting SRB2 2.0 wads to 2.1

I was wondering if i can port 2.0 wads to 2.1... because someone really wants ManicTH14's sonicteamfinal.wad to be ported... Why? I don't know. But i want to, So can you please help me?

As long as you give credit to ManicTH14 for the port, it's ok. But it won't be able to pass Submissions, though. It's simple, just change some things like the OBJCTCFG, S_SKIN and some of the End Sign sprites and it's ready.
