Okay, I'm a little stuck on a portforwarding step.

Open a web browser like internet explorer or Netscape. Enter the ip address of your router in the address bar of your browser. In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the ip address of your router.

I did exactly that, and it came up with just search results, What am I doing wrong?

okay, did that, and i'm currently on this step:

Am I doing it correctly?

No. You need to find out what your Static IP address is. What you need to do is, go to your start menu, and press Run (Or press WinKey+R), then type command. In the command prompt, type "ipconfig", you should get a small list. Under where it says "Ethernet Adapter" or whatever you use, it should say IP address. Usually, it would be something like 192.168.1.***. The *** is the number you need here. In your router settings where you opened the SRB2 port, it should say IP address, enter the last numbers of the IP address found from your command prompt, and then the port is forwarded for your particular IP address of your computer. Type exit in the command prompt to turn it off, and you're good to go.
