Portforwarding question

So I was trying to host a server in SRB2+, and the master server on the website didn't find any connection to my server. So do I need to do another portforward for SRB2+? This issue also happens with SRB2 Riders and SRB2Kart

First of all make sure the Protocol is set to UDP and TCP, make sure the Port being forwarded is 5029. After you're done forwarding the ports on your router make sure your Computer isn't blocking the signal. Make an exception on your computer's firewall so it doesn't block Srb2 whenever you try to host. If you need me to be more thorough with instructions on how to do any of these things then just post a response to this post.
