PLEASE HELP ME with netgames!!

here's my problem: when i try to get in a host game, shows this message : "you have been kicked (consistency failure)" why???
I also can't join any server... sometimes it says: "server timeout" or "you have been kicked..." PLEASE help me!! :(

Both are general errors. It happens all the time because SRB2's netplay code sucks. Just keep trying, and eventually it'll work.

why can't i get into a host game? :|

and.. what is exactly a host game?

There is nothing called a "host game". You either join a game, or you host it.
