Fixed Players in their death state still grab Rope Hangs

If a player gets killed right below a Rope Hang, something odd will happen. The player will sail upwards as normal, but as he comes back down he will grab the Rope Hang for a fraction of a second on the way down. You'll hear the "Rope Hang grab" sound effect, and the player will freeze in midair for a second. The game instantly "realizes" its mistake and returns the player to his normal death behavior, so it isn't a problematic bug, but it still looks kind of bizarre.

Back in 1.09.4, I did this with a teleporter, if it makes any difference. It's probably just that dead players still trigger sector effects?
 
I'll support this theory as it also happened when I was testing my Capture Point maps.
 
And then we realized your fix broke death pits.

Time to fix the fix! =P
