Isolated Case Player glitched and not moving nor neither the ping meter

Hello I'm not sure if this is a bug or not or was already known but I'll report it anyway. There's this dedicated server called SRB2 Server and when I joined there was this player called Sonic. He's a green sonic and it's just stays dead even though it only has one life. From what I noticed as well is that his ping meter doesn't move either it just stays at 471ms. From the information I've collected it's been like this in 2 days at least of how it looks in game's time because it's still on Techno Hill Act 1.

Also I don't think the host doesn't know that happened on the server
