I'm using Windows 8 right now and I can open the game normally, but player camera simply doesn't follow the player. Also, when I play as another character other than Sonic, jump button won't work.

EDIT: I might have made a huge mistake... my version is 2.1. Maybe this error is already fixed on version 2.1.3.
