Player 2 wad

I may sound like a noob,but how can I change the person wad in 2 player mode?Its like unfair to player 2 that I can beat the level in like 1 min and hes stupid tails, getting to the goal in 3 mins.

"skin2" console command, or "setup player 2" in multiplayer options.
