Pizza Tower Pack _ The last major update 8

Any chance that the map "Final Tower" has the music from phase 3 of the end of the original game? It only has the music of phase 1 and 2

The boss map is stated to be unfinished according to Patafoin, so that might be something to expect upon it's completion.
 
what would cause checkpoints to not give timer bonuses in THousand March and Crumbling Tower (even for those in 1st)?

More specifically, the error is

also out of curiosity, is the "Lap 2" of crumbling tower supposed to end right after the pipe, or is that a glitch/ conflict with one of the mods I have?

So mhh, this update is 2 month old but I forgot to upload it on the mb aparently . AGAIN.
So i might forgot to mention some stuff :

- Removed some useless numthing that didn't need a numthing (custom object that are spawned by other)
- Tubular Trashzone : The last session has been improve to encourage poeple to use more the graple.
- The boss fight is now 100% finished , it can sometime bug but it should work most of the time. (more detail explain the the map description)

Since Pizza Panic wasn't made by you i'll skip it.
Pizzascape is a good way to start off with you needing to dodge wizards firing lazers and cheeseslimes and the 4 lap count is welcome for the length of the track but the skybox can be a little glitchy.
Tubular Trashzone makes use of the grapple lua in form of the penny pinchers which is really cool and it even leads to a secret if you use it in the cheeseball section but the item in it is just a sink which is not very viable in races. Not to mention after the cheeseball section is a set of penny pinchers which I believe is there for no reason since I never found any use for them.
Even though GOLF is incomplete and is a heck map it still is kinda fun. The main issue with SRB2Kart is that it was not built with Golf in mind. SRB2 can be kind of excused thanks to the appearance of Snolf who plays like a golf ball but SRB2Kart has no excuse making it a chore to hit the grease ball into the holes to finish the courses. And since the golf ball moves on it's own it can make hitting it into the hole really annoying when it is near a ledge and you are ready to launch it into the red spot to finish the hole. It also doesn't help that the last course available has a red spot so tiny you need to basically be a sniper to hit it. With how negative I have ben on this hole you are probably assuming that I hate this track when here's the thing: I don't. Basically this is a track that I can start a race on and turn my brain off. It doesn't take itself seriously and it can be boiled down to running over the grease ball until it hits the red spot on the hole and repeat the process on the next hole. The track is almost like a cult movie. You know it's bad but it ends up being so bad it's actually enjoyable.
I'll be honest it is quite hard to judge Deep Dish 9/Space Pinball since it is the only track in the game with 2 versions. The classic version is a pretty good track with a wall swapping gimmick allowing for different routes on laps. It is a cool mechanic and had that ben it the track would be the best in the pack but the new one is just Waluigi Pinball but reskinned to look like it's from Pizza Tower. Which I think is just weird since I find Waluigi Pinball overrated. Sure it's a good track but it isn't THAT good.
Funky Factory is honestly my least favorite track in the pack. For a factory stage it doesn't do much to make it feel like a factory aside from the conveyor belts and the crushers.
WAR however is easily my favorite level! It's short yeah but it has a timer for the whole race and honestly I wish it was in a mod where it functioned similar to how it does here! Heck even a skin for the timer in Kart Rush or Daytona Kart would be cool! Unfortunately this level does not work very well when you play alone since you only get 10 seconds added to your time and the lap count is stupidly high. It's no joke: You will not survive WAR's lap count on solo
VS Pizzaface is a cool idea but it doesn't translate well into SRB2Kart and Pizzaface gives you so little time to hit him you basically need to either have the reflexes of a ninja to hit him with spike balls or become a banana sniper. Pizzahead is a little more forgiving since his attacks can mostly be telegraphed even if they move really fast but when he nears death he goes SO fast that hitting him is near impossible! Like how am I supposed to hit someone that moves as fast as Peppino without using the bananas?! And don't even get me started on the P rank my god is it somehow even harder than the OG game.
Final tower is a bit of a disappointment. Sure the laps get more challenging as the race goes on but it is just a circle map. It isn't anything special aside from the game throwing everything it has at you.
Crumbling Tower however is a fantastic way to finish off the mod. The timer for the entire track is back and it's a race back to the entrance with the same amount of care as in the OG game even if some track layouts are re-used. Most noticeably in the WAR and Pizzascape sections. It's also the only track in the game that has a Lap 2 challenge which is weird because in the OG game The Crumbling Tower of Pizza didn't have a Lap 2 portal. And while it does let you get the treasure on the map that makes you flash all rainbow colors as a way to say that you got it (It says last when this is the only time it shows up in unless it is also on other tracks) it isn't all that hidden. There is a very obvious hole in the wall near the end of the track which you will most likely see and find out about by accident and you don't even go through the entire track twice. You just do the 1st segment again and then you're back near the end of the track. I get that otherwise there wouldn't be enough time to finish the track but why not have the starting time limit be higher so that way Lap 2 can actually be done in full similar to how Lap 2 works in the OG game instead of warping players at the last segment?
 
Discovered a thing confliction with the Thousand March landmines and the KartMania Reborn Ball Cacti. Find tool didn't find a post about that so I'll let you know now.

Now that I discovered the spread sheet. You probably know already. Would be nice if it's fixed anyway but it's up to you.

The final update

- New map => Mille Marche! A sprint version of the war map, remember to beat up the other player to gain more time bonus!

- Pizza Panic : Added 2 small cut ; Map has been scaled down by 5% ; and lap 2 music for encore. The previous state of this map was extremly frontrun heavy and poeple mostly pick the track only for the music ; the addition of the cut was very needed.

- Space pinball : Added better visibility in blue path ; fixed SPB hit at the start of the map.

- War lua change ...

Why is there two lowercase s sprites for PizzaBoy? It's a weird conflict that's probably making the animations weird.

Mille Marche rework, Bug fix, 2 battle map

- Thousand March / Mille Marche : Fixed an issue with the blue soldier racer. They sometime could hurt player under specific condition. Now They really can't hurt you anymore.

- Mille Marche : Adjusted a lot of session to be easier. The cut in the tunel has been moved in another place to be easier to take. The battle part has been moved at the very end of the map. You can no longer do 2 map, you fight until death. (RIP Time Attack)

- New battle map "PIRATE BEACH" : They a beach and a cave...

So... WAR and Mille Marche lag really bad. I don't have Friendmod installed on my server, so are their any other mods that conflict with the map pack at all?
