Invalid Physics changes make missile redirection extremely difficult

It's only my guess that the change in physics while shrunken/removal of low gravity are what is causing it, but you can no longer accelerate upwards fast enough to keep track of where Brak Eggman is in the air when using the missile, leaving a successful hit with it almost a matter of luck.

You should really be hitting brak when he's on land to begin with...we've made a few changes to the missile code anyways, so I view this as a non-issue.
