The real question on my mind is whether it will be subscription-based, like Phantasy Star Online and Universe, or have free online connections for all. They'll have to ditch friend codes either way.

Nice. I've never played Phantasy Star, but my friend Fugikuro has told me it's really good. I'm gonna get this.

I really liked PSO, but I'm worried this will head in the direction of PSU. I was really surprised to hear that Phantasy Star Universe needed a subscription on the PS2, though, so I wouldn't put it past them to charge us for this as well. If they make us pay a subscription for this I'm going to think three times about getting it, though.
