This was announced back in April 2011 which is the date the game starts on as well. it is being produced by AIC ASTA and directed by Seiji Kishi. it'll be shown In japan October 2011.
Eleven trailers of the animation have been released and so far it looks amazing.

Imo this series will be well worth it, I didn't like trinity soul much, but this looks like it'll be a lot better, and looks to follow what the game had very well so far(From the trailers at least).
