Permission to post the thread

I planned to post my character wad,unfortunately i still
don't have a permission to it.
Can i have the permission to post it?

You need to post your WAD in Submissions first. A judge will then evaluate it to make sure it's appropriate to release, and if so, they'll move it to Releases, where it'll be visible to the public.

Your custom WADs cannot be posted directly to the Releases subforum. You must instead post your thread to the Submissions subforum, where a judge will review your work to ensure that it is of substantial effort and does not plagiarize. While your post is waiting for review, only you and the judges will be able to see it. If your submission meets all the guidelines, the judge will then move your post into Releases for you, where users can download it and play it for themselves!

Thanks for the help.
Actually i planned to post kart character wad.
But i don't see the kart prefix for this.
Should i keep the character prefix?
It's the first time when i'm planning to do it

The Submissions forum has an announcement about how to use prefixes, including for Kart files.

So... i chose the character prefix,made an description
and attached some gifs which i made. For preview.
About my character wad... i typed the KC words before naming it and typed
