You look at your controls.

By default, it's Pause Break. You can also enter PAUSE in the console.

Nevermind press Esc

 

[Shuffle]

Press the pause button on your keyboard, it's over on the right side in those clump of keys that people rarely ever use.
Alternatively, type "pause" in the console.

 

[I'll Begin]

Nevermind press Esc

That doesn't pause. Especially in multiplayer, which I suggest you don't play.
