Oversized Models..?

So basically:
I have Dano's Partially Accurate Models downloaded, because it's cool right? But you know what isnt cool?

Yeah. The models are oversized and I dont know what to do..
However, the plants, such as: Trees, Bushes, Flowers, and so on work just fine??

Meanwhile, objects like rings, springs, tokens, and enemies (I didnt catch pictures of enemies but for me they're oversized too.) are bigger than they should be.

If anyone has a solution, could you please help me out?

EDIT: Before anyone asks, yes, I did use the models.dat.

EDIT: Before anyone asks, yes, I did use the models.dat.
Is the number at the end of each model code 3.0? if so, maybe put it down to 2.5. However, if it's higher than 3.0, put it to 3.0.
