Outlining a NiGHTS Track?

On SRB2 Wiki, the screenshots in the NiGHTS tutorial show the path outlined in turquoise.

It says you can outline the path like that in SRB2 Doombuilder, but it doesn't explain how. Can anyone tell me?

Tools -> Configuration -> Interface -> Outline all Things in Things mode.

I am indeed designing a NiGHTS level. It's called Skyline Paradise Zone, and I've incorporated some cool stuff into it. However, given the number of excellent NiGHTS tracks out there, I have a lot to compete with.
