Outline Character(s)

if i were to do a mod, some people would have to help me
because outlining a character takes me 10 minutes because i only have paint :?

It should in general take you that long. There isn't any other program out there that is capable of finding the edge and drawing a line along it. Paint Shop Pro has limited capabilities, but it doesn't draw anything inside the body (say, a hand over the body won't be outlined) and it draws around the sprite, not along it.
