Outdated releases locked?

Why is outdated releases not locked yet? I thought it was going to be locked on April 1st.

It just doesn't have the *LOCK* sign on it.

I am unsure if VB has anything like that, but I can ask Cue about it. No one can post or make new topics in Releases - Outdated, and that is all that really matters.
