Otacon [MGS2 Photo Viewer Sprite] - Straight from the Photo Viewer comes this cute version of Otacon!

Using the Otacon Sprite from the Photo Viewer of the Tanker chapter of Metal Gear Solid 2 I added everyone's favorite Nuclear weapon creating desk jockey to SRB2 Kart! The front forward and front diagonal sprites were used directly from the game while the other sprites were interpolated by me (which is why they dont look as clean). I hope you enjoy!

Normally we don't accept sprite rips, but given you took the time and effort to make several unique bodies and heads compared to the mere two heads the original sprites had, I feel this is good enough for a release.
