OpenGL isn't a file in my game

I recently was looking into 3d models, and when I tried to open it in OpenGL there wasn't a file for it in my SRB2 folder. Can someone please help?

There is no file, whatever guide you’re reading is super old. Just press F10 in-game or navigate to the Video Options menu and change the renderer from Software to OpenGL. Make sure to also enable 3D models under the OpenGL settings menu.
