Fixed One of the flags has gone missing! crash

It's still not fixed in 2.1.5.

It's triggering on the proper conditions now... In other words, that crash is happening now in the same conditions that would cause flags to disappear before.

The CTF code just sucks horribly. I'll rewrite it when I don't feel so terrible.
