I call it the palette virus glitch.
OK, there's a glitchy trigger placed into the game, and when i hit that trigger, the game froze for 0.25 seconds (My CPU is an AMD Athlon x64), then the game renders random palettes, at least my eyes are very strong, the random palettes are so eye-searing, your brain would explode.
I was about to take a screenshot but after looking into the commands, the palettes were back to normal, then a few seconds later, they start glitching up again.
