Old SRB2 maps?

Now using a web site that takes archived version of old websites and you can see the old sites. Now I thought it would be fun to look at srb2.org and there was a contest way back in 2001 (1/09/2001) to redesign the website and the winner would win a ton of old scrapped SRB2 levels. Now in the topic here "Srb2 2.1" SSNtails released a bunch of old SRB2 maps. Now here is my question, are the maps in the "Srb2 2.1" topic the same maps as the maps in that old contest?

Actually, the date the contest was held was 1/09/2002.

And yes, from what I remember, the maps are the same as the ones from that old contest, and Sonic Lightspeed was the winner of the contest, the contest ended a day before SAGE 4 started (March 9, 2002).

His old website contained a couple of images of what the maps looked like, but I can't remember the link, and by now the website is long dead.
