That is for to turn off the thing if you wait on the screen with giant Sonic and logo saying Sonic Robo Blast 2 and it show you some gameplay of the game

I think the Eggman part of the intro was supposed to be a joke, like something to laugh at. Not to bother or offend people. (Doubtfully, I wouldn't think it be offensive to anyone anyway). I don't get WHY it's added, however.
