Old character's with new actions!

I know it's a crappy name but what can i do?:D
So, I only have one question: How can i give new actions to Sonic, Tails or Knuckles?
Oh & one more question: Can i make new actions like object moving for Silver The Hedgehog or Grind for Sonic & Shadow?

That aside, there are a few different abilities you can give characters.
