Okay, What the HECK!?

Okay, to start stuff off, I was playing a netgame 30 minutes ago, i quit the game, reopened, and connected to the master server... no connection.

15 minutes later, I tried it again; still down. I made no changes to my settings and other junk, is the masterserver down or something?

I'm seeing no servers either or getting a connection, maybe it is down.
