Okay....uh...why do some mods not have downloads?

Is it like some quality control shtuff or is it just me? I'm trying to download Ivory the Mad Scientist and there ARE comments of people who've played the mod, but I can't install it. Either I'm dumb or it's something else. Please respond!

These mods have not been updated for new MB.
