A little update to fix a couple minor issues

Here's a tiny bit of what was gonna be version 1.5

I've decided to hold off on having people wait that long for an update I call.. Rather necessary... The main part of this was fixing Grovyle
He now has a new Icon that is a rather faithful recreation of one of his Sprites from Pokemon mystery dungeon. View attachment 134338

I also changed his death Sprite and how it worked

Update on wave 2

Wave 2 is pretty much done

I just gotta create some screenshots and polish up the characters

Blue shirt bart has unfortunately been cut from the pack all together

But another character did take that slot


Wave 3 is still in its planing phase due to well.. Needing to consider how many characters it should have

V1.7 is here!

after kinda debating on wether I should hold this update back until I finish more for it... i kinda decided that it's best to get this out since it includes a very important addition

SPONGEBOB V2....kinda..

SpongeBob v2 had a very rocky development to the point where it was scraped

but I didn't let the new sprites go to waste

to the people who preferred v1

wave 3 announcement

so.. it's been a bit since the second half of wave 2...

it's not unusual for me to go quiet for a couple weeks an immediately announce new content

so.. wave 3 is coming in two halves

the first half should be out by the end of this month

and the second half will be out later

so.. the pack has reached a total of 300 downloads

I'm very shocked that this is my second character pack to reach such a milestone.. which makes me going on a character making hiatus a little sad

but don't worry

i have some pretty big plans.... and they're not in the PK3 file with their name.. so don't bother digging

anyway

if you have any questions about this or any of the characters I've made for ring racers

don't be afraid to ask

the horn wasn't ripped from it

I just took it straight from the video and trimmed it to the best of my ability

if you need me to change the horn slightly

I'll gladly do that in a future update

Regarding future updates

so.. since school has started for me

what does this mean for future updates?

not much really

I'm not gonna immediately end the pack with the current roster

even though it's a pretty solid selection

it just doesn't feel... odd

most of these characters are pretty well known

so going forward

i aim to have at least one character per wave that'll have people say "who is that-" View attachment 141669also

this pack is lasting longer than the starters pack in terms of updates

so far i have a good rough idea of who'll be in wave 4
