Not sure where this goes but Why is SRB2 being advertised?

I was playing Pokemon Crater Version 6.2 and saw this Ad.http://img155.imageshack.us/img155/1217/untitledgp0.png

It's SRB2's screens. Am i missing something? I thought I was seeing things when i saw a sprite of sonic from SRB2 on another ad.

I could of Guessed. I was saying to myself, "Why are they saying that jibberish that if that's Clearly SRB2?" Even though it's popular, I'd happyslap them for stealing Screenshots.
