No sound in SRB2

I've seen multiple threads on this topic and I just recently started seeing this issue come up

Basically, whenever I start up SRB2 to do what I normally do, there's no sound but Volume Mixer shows the audio working perfectly
Like I said before, this came up out of nowhere last week and I'm trying to figure out what happened

This might be a silly question, but if you right-click the volume icon in the icon bar thingie and choose "Open Volume Mixer", is SRB2 itself muted that way?

That's the problem, it doesn't show up muted at all whenever I look to see if it is or not

Tried using restartaudio yet?

Once I put on some of the MIDI tunes, the sound all of a sudden works along with the SFX from the game

Everything is back to normal after what I did, very strange...

Were you hosting a dedicated server before this happen ?
I mean it does happen to me too. Every I host a dedicated server and forcily close it then it sometimes doesn't want to sound anything when I no longer host dedicated server.
