No-requirements unlockable

An oxymoron, I know, but there is a Tutorial level that I have put in a mod that I am making. It is supposed to be unlocked by default, but it is not. Here is what I have:

Emblems needed: 0
Type: Level Warp
Map #: 1
Other Requirements: None
 
IIRC, SRB2 checks if you've unlocked something whenever you get an emblem or watch the credits. You can have an emblem at the spawn point on the first map and the tutorial will instantly unlock, but it might not be that obvious. >_>
 
The problem is, the player needs to play the tutorial BEFORE playing the game itself. Thus, I will actually probably end up making level 1 an unlockable and putting an emblem at the end of the tutorial, thus making it so the player can only skip the tutorial after finishing it.
