If you do change the hair, wouldn't have to redo the entire sprite replacement?

I'd just replace the head and when a frame comes up where I need a different angle then I draw that. The body will be the same.

You know, LightDash can be usefull - the Sonic Adventure mode NEEDS LightDash to make it through the pratice stage!

Well, when it all comes to the end it's all up to Nitro. Weather he adds in light dash or not, is totally up to him.
