NiGHTS Track Outlining?

I read something on the Wiki that basically said:
"Use SRB2 Doombuilder because it can outline your NiGHTS track."
I can't make this happen.
Do I have the wrong version?

Set it so Doombuilder puts borders around all things, so you'd see square outlines with nearly all things.

I wrote that. You have to find the checkbox that says "Outline all Things in Things mode" in some options somewhere. Too lazy to actually check right now...
