Well, it's not in SRB2.SRB, at any rate. You'll be needing an external PWAD to play the level, I can say that much.

I tell you, this topic is turning rapidly into a catfight.

SSNTails DOES have a tendancy to joke sometimes, and, if I remember, it was him who mentioned the level first. But, JetKrazy seemed to recognoize it. If he wasn't joking, too. So, maybe he made the wad and sent it to SSNTails. Or, maybe the wad doesn't exist, probably the most likely.
