Pay attention to the types of things used on the track and their bitsets, as well as their positioning. One axis is sized 512, and has bitset 0x0001. The next axis is sized 512, is inverted, and has bitset 0x0002. To transfer from axis 1 to axis 2, you use an axis transfer whose bitset is 0x0001.
To make a complete NiGHTS track, you need an axis point (or at least two?), a Super Sonic Transform, an Egg Capture (with direction at least 1 and thing height at least 64), and a ring.
I probably should make a full-fledged NiGHTS tutorial, huh? I'm really not in any position to ask questions. I'm more than spent X_X.
