New Version: Faster Net Games and Digimon WADs

Hey! New guy, DJ Rocket X8 here. I'm here to ask... why are the net games always lagging? they're way too slow. Can somebody fix this? Plus could anyone make some character wads of Digimons/Digidestined? Or can you tell me how to make one? thanks.
