I know, it's mostly a cartoony recolor, but hey.
It's an improvement.
I don't feel like figuring out how to do walls, so that's why they're still the same. I recommend adding it to SRB2JTE.wad, as new floors make SRB2 ignore saving. It also looks just a bit better with Blaze's green pallette (Which, by the way, doesn't work in OpenGL.)
